Renée S. Grossman, Founder and Managing Director

Ms. Grossman has over 20 years of experience investing in, financing, acquiring and providing business development services to public and private companies across a broad range of industries, including energy, financial services, business services, communications, consumer and technology. She has worked with many early-stage and growth companies in North and South America.

Prior to RSG Capital LLC, Ms. Grossman was a Vice President with Counsel Corporation, a private equity investment firm. Previously, she specialized in raising private equity capital as a Vice President with The Shattan Group, a registered broker-dealer. She was also a consultant for The Boston Consulting Group and a financial analyst in mergers & acquisitions and leveraged buyouts with Wasserstein Perella & Co., Inc.

Ms. Grossman holds a MBA degree in 1993 and a Bachelor of Science in Economics degree, summa cum laude, in 1989, both from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. She is a member of the Society of Fellows of the Aspen Institute and a Contemporary Member of the Aspen Art Museum. She is Series 7/63 registered with TerraNova Capital Equities, Inc.
